This light-weight TENCEL™ brand modal derby ribbed jersey knit from Danish high-end fabric manufacturer meetMILK has a lovely drape, a buttery soft touch, and fantastic recovery.    This TENCEL™ derby jersey knit in “emerald” is a deep green-based teal color, and created using OEKO-TEX certified dyes.

TENCEL™ brand lyocell fibers are derived from sustainable wood sources and produced in an environmentally responsible closed loop system with low ecological impact.  The fibers have unique physical properties that lead to their great strength, efficient moisture absorption, enhanced breathability, and gentleness to skin.

meetMILK is a brand of sustainable fabrics determined to offer an alternative choice of materials for home sewers and makers who cherish high quality and eco-friendliness when choosing fabric for a handmade wardrobe.  The fibres and materials, as well as the production environments for the fabrics that we choose for the collections are all certified sustainable and/or eco-friendly with very low ecological impact.  The name meetMILK derives from the feeling we use to describe (some of) the difference between viscose and TENCEL™ fibers.   If viscose has the fluidity and texture of water, TENCEL™ is milk – with a more full, rich and ‘creamy’ texture.
