Part of the “Warp & Weft Heirloom” yarn-dyed collection designed by Alexia Abegg for Ruby Star Society in collaboration with Moda Fabrics.  The Warp & Weft Heirloom collection expands upon the original “Warp & Weft” collection’s color palette, and adds to the library of woven textures.  While creating this group, “Alexia thought of traveling to the beach – vintage striped towels, breezy coverups, even woven beach chairs – and that feeling you get when you can’t quite see the ocean yet but you know you’re close.”  This 100% cotton is a light shirting weight, and has a background of pink-based lavender, with tiny orange and white stripes layered to create a unique striped look.

Ruby Star Society starts with five women working collaboratively and supportively to design delightful, beautiful fabrics, and it continues with you: Every person who has looked at a wall stacked high with bolts of fabric and felt that first spark of inspiration, imagination swirling, colors calling, all promise and possibility.
