Part of the “Purl” collection designed by Sarah Watts for Ruby Star Society in collaboration with Moda Fabrics, Sarah was inspired by all things fiber arts when creating Purl.  She imagined a cozy afternoon in a favorite chair, sipping a steaming cup of tea and working on her latest yarn endeavor.  This high-quality rayon challis is buttery soft touch, and has a fantastic drape.   This “pheasant” print semi-opaque challis has a background of black, and covered in artistic flowers, leaves, and pheasants in shades of pink, ivory, blue, red, orange, and deep teal.

Ruby Star Society starts with five women working collaboratively and supportively to design delightful, beautiful fabrics, and it continues with you: Every person who has looked at a wall stacked high with bolts of fabric and felt that first spark of inspiration, imagination swirling, colors calling, all promise and possibility.
